CCNA General Information

• Single Exam (640-802) ard S$350
• 3 Years Validity
• 55 – 65 Questions; Minimum 85% to PASS
• 120mins (2hours) Exam/ 90mins for native English speaking countries
• To keep currency, either re-certified or pass one CCNP Exam.

Exam Question Format

• MCQ – single answer
• MCQ – multiple answer
• Drag n Drop
• Fill in the blanks
• Simulation (test on usage of commands given a scenario)
• Testlet (Structured Questions)
• Simlet (Combination of simulation and Testlet)

Exam Question Breakdown

• 50 – 60% MCQ
• 10% for each other category

Studying/ Revising Information Resource

- CISCO Learning Network contains lecture slides, videos, sample test questions
- TestKing contains around 700 questions (answer explanations are displayed after each question)
- Pass4Sure contains around 200 questions (answer explanations are separated from the question)
- PacketLife.Net is a blog site that contains Cheat Sheets and other resources
- CISCO-EGYPT is another blog site that contains TestKing, Lecture Slides, Notes, Books, Labs for download for free, registration is needed.
- ExamCollection.com is a portal for different certification questions; you need Visual CertExam Suite to open the VCE file extension.
- GNS3.net is a graphical network simulator that assists in familarising CISCO lab practices.
- 9tut.com contains CCNA Simulation Practice Questions
