OTIS Lift down again.

I always thought OTIS lift endorsed by HDB is quite durable, long lasting, however, I am proven wrong.
My block’s OTIS lift is down the 3rd time within month, the total day in operation is not more than 4 days. The error displayed is “Power Failure”. I am wondering where has the maintenance team disappeared to? It took 3 – 4 days to get the repairman to come over to troubleshoot the power failure and within 1 day the lift malfunctions showing “Power Failure” again.
This is ridiculous! I can’t imagine i am the one trapped inside the lift waiting for rescue team to come!!! There was an incident when the lift malfunction a few days back with someone trapped inside for an hour plus. Haizzz.
I am hoping the HDB will engage real Professional repairman to fix the root of the problem and not anyhow send untrained repairman to give us false hope.
