Problem with WordPress 2.8.4 Upgrade

I decided to upgrade my current version of wordpress to the latest version 2.8.4 to resolve the security vulnerability surfaced from the existing versions of wordpress.

Security threat, here.

However, after successfully upgraded the wordpress from the admin Dashboard page, I am faced of this problem in my Dashboard (Incoming Links, Plugins, WordPress Development Blog and Other WordPress News) and “All In One SEO” plugin.

Fatal error: Please call SimplePie_Cache::create() instead of the constructor in /home/domain/public_html/domain.com/wp-includes/class-feed.php on line 13

Anyone have solution is greatly appreciated.
