A Day Workshop

Today I was at Grand Park Hotel City Hall on a one day workshop, “Effective Technical Writing Skills” organised by LearningDB.com.
Although the workshop sounds dry and boring, the trainer made it simple, interesting and interactive. In addition, there are some good templates and quick checklist to follow to develop a good piece of writing.
Food was catered. Lunch was at “Indulge at Park” Restaurant in Grand Park Hotel. Comparing Indulge with Ellenborough Market Café in Swissotel (Merchant Court), I will definitely vote for the latter. Although both serve International Buffet, Ellenborough provides a larger variety of dishes with super nice Durian paste. At Indulge the food are so-so.
Overall, the workshop is good. At least I am able to get a day off work; evaded the infinite arrows from my bosses.
