Jetstar 4hrs delay

This is the first time I took a budget airline, and there goes my first ever 4 hours delay flight due to some technical failure. And there we were waking up early to ensure we can check-in for the 0715hrs flight as scheduled, ended up waiting aimlessly for 4 hours for another flight.
Luckily, they did change their Jetstar Airbus A320 (3K 511) to another plane Valueair Airbus A320, otherwise, I definitely won’t want to board the plane that have technical failure 4 hours before.
However, Jetstar can do better by taking preventive measures like performing daily checks to enable their plane operational status, rather than implicate their customers with a simple “sorry” and $8 complimentary meal.
I was quite irritated and pissed at the 4 hours delay which indirectly affected my whole day of schedule which I have planned for in BKK.
The next time flying over to BKK, I will go for Swissair than Jetstar as the price comparison is about the same; Swissair – economy class where Jetstar – budget.
