Subtle Senses – Poor Customer Service

Thought everything is perfectly settled, after the appointment has being made…
However, upon reaching Subtle Senses @ Cuppage, they simple said that the appointment I have made is at Ngee Ann City branch, not at Cuppage, coz all the True Spa customers are directed to that branch.
I am fuming mad by the indifference that this is the attitude their staff is portraying, simply unacceptable. A company, with so many Singapore Excellence Awards, showing this type of quality of service, is such a big disappointment. With even a word of apologies for causing so much trouble, simply made me feel that I ask for it.
Moreover, the way they treat their customer is so unprofessional, having all the therapist and counter staff all chit-chatting at the front desk, like one big market place. I don’t feel relax at all, the place just make me more irritated.
I hope that those people signing up their new spa packages open their big eyes and consider the long term benefits and not the short term attractions. People come to spa for relaxation, not to get stress up even more. With this type of service quality, I definitely will not sign up another package with such a company. I felt so stupid to do so in the first place.

I would like to join you in making a report to Case about this pathetic money sucking agency. Called them a thousand times and they never pick up the phone or it is engaged. When the bimbo on the other line picked up she told me that I had to book an appointment 4 weeks prior! What the???
I requested to get the manager to call me back as I was NOT INFORMED of the change of management. Guess what that was last Monday. I sent emails to all the so called managers but no reply.
What kind of company is this who gets awards and does S—!
Fuming mad as I am so worried that they have taken my money and made a run for it.
