True Spa – “Truly amazing”

Posted on | July 19, 2010 | No Comments

I am tired of complaining about True Spa which is now under Subtle Senses. They simply know how to irritate and annoy people.

As quoted in another forum “they promise you sky before you sign up, and make sure you fall hard to the ground after you’ve sign up”.

With all the complaints floating around, I guess I am not the only one. The way they do their business, I doubt anyone will patronage their service at all. It is unscrupulous, simply blood suckers! Still can’t believe they earned the “Singapore Excellence Award”.

Here’s a list of places that houses the disgruntled

Prawn Fishing at Punggol Marina

Posted on | July 11, 2010 | No Comments

Today drop by Punggol Marina to prawn. It is so much better than Singapore Badminton Hall. Although, Punggol Marina has only 3 prawn pools compared to 5 in Singapore Badminton Hall. The possibility of catch in Punggol Marina is alot higher than in Singapore Badminton Hall. Not too sure if there is anything to do with the bait and hook, Singapore Badminton Hall uses a bigger size hook, probably due to crab catching.

Reached Punggol Marina in the mid-afternoon, the place is pretty empty, great comfort, do not need to squeeze with other people. In addition, since it is sheltered outdoor pool, we can actually see the prawns swimming at the bottom of the pool.

I managed to catch a handful with my novice skill, 11 to be exact.

My catch

Hope that I can improve my skill and have a better catch next time (“,)

Prawn fishing at Singapore badminton hall

I went to ex Singapore Badminton Hall for prawn fishing today.

Super no luck at all. Only manage to catch 1 little prawn for the whole 3 hours. Sighz. Moreover, the whole place is packed. Probably coz of the color tag winning day. Although, the place is indoor and has 4 big prawn pool and 2 crab pool. The catch isn’t great! Prawns are not very big.

Still prefer to prawn fishing at Punggol Marina.

Subtle Senses – Worst spa ever!

Posted on | July 7, 2010 | 15 Comments

I can’t express myself in words! I am so furious.

I am wondering are they keen in providing service, or simply blood suckers that just eat our hard-earned money with sweet talks! Being trying to get through their lines, both from Takashimaya and Cuppage, one is engaged the whole day, while the other simply rings the whole day. I have being thinking, I saw the counter staffs, I supposed the management told the staff not to pick up any calls.

This kind of nuisance service, I seriously cannot believe the government is not doing anything to clamp down. It is just like a fraud and scam. I can’t believe that Subtle Senses is awarded Singapore Excellence Award for a few years. If I did not interpret wrongly, Singapore Excellence Awards is awarded to scammers?

This is the first time I encounter this kind of rude, unprofessional, worst of all, childish, fraudulent service from a local enterprise, to annoy me further take a look at the “sweet talk” on the welcome letter.

Anyone going to CASE for this? Do contact me. Thanks.

Another case of bad service…

Posted on | July 2, 2010 | No Comments

I am wondering it may be due to the current bad experience I have with the local outlet customer service, as such, I am quite irritated by the service rendered by the food stall Food Junction.

Comparing the Food Court in Singapore, the service quality provided in the order of Good to Worst: Banquet, Koipitiam, Food Junction.

Today, I am quite irritated by the way the stall supervisor handle their customers. I do not understand why are Ah Tiong dominating the service industry when they cannot understand English or articulate it well. Firstly, they are rude to their customers by ignoring the customers and making small talks among themselves. Secondly, they are plainly loud; the supervisor talk in a low loud pitch, saying “I am trying to salvage the situation, you all keyed wrongly.” In the back of my mind, I am thinking, you, as the supervisor, also take the wrong order, and rude to me. What makes you any different from your staff.

Personally, after experiencing such a negative service, I definitely won’t buy from them again.

The phrase is always true, “Customer is always right”, “A demanding customer, is a good customer, because s/he makes the dollar worth.” Why would I want to give you money when you do not provide the value needed?

I felt that companies out there, especially service oriented ones, do not understand and appreciate what long-term customer relationship can bring for them.
