Recently, I requested for waiver for my credit card annual subscription fee, the staff said that the request is sent out and the relevant department will contact me next working day. I waited for 2 working weeks for the Citibank call on this matter. Seriously, a week is acceptable. 2 weeks!!! I do not understand [...]
